摘要
在集中连片贫困地区,贫困问题往往与生态问题交织在一起,因此需要"坚持扶贫开发与生态保护并重",创新扶贫思路和方法,让生态保护成为精准脱贫的新动力。在分析贫困地区生态保护扶贫现实依据的基础上,以新晃侗族自治县为例,提出基于生态保护的精准脱贫对策研究。
Poverty is often intertwined with ecological problems together in the contiguous poor areas. It need to innovate ideas and methods for poverty adhering to both poverty alleviation and development and ecological protection, and makes ecological protection precisely out of poverty as a new impetus. Based on the analysis of the reality of ecological protection poverty alleviation in poor areas, the article takes Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County for example, to present accurate poverty strategy research based on ecological protection.
