摘要
ESP教学能够激发学习兴趣,符合社会对人才的需求。在ESP理论指导下,在EGP教学的基础上,开展ESP教学,使二者有效衔接、相互促进,从而改善高职英语教学效率,提高学生运用英语的能力。
Carrying out ESP teaching in higher vocational colleges accords with the requirements of the society for college graduates. How to carry out ESP teaching, on the basis of EGP and under the principle of ESP, and link up the two effectively is of great importance to the improvement of teaching effect and the enhancement of students＇ ability to utilize English.
