摘要
对比国内外开放存取期刊网络平台知识服务,可为国内平台建设者和图书馆整合揭示开放存取期刊提供有益参考和借鉴。文章通过文献调研法、网络调研法,研究国内外知名的开放存取平台COAJ、Socolar、BioMed Central、Springer Open、PLoS OAJ、DOAJ提供的知识服务,包括:信息检索、全文获取、个性化定制和社交媒体互动等服务,对比分析开放获取期刊平台与订阅式期刊平台在知识服务功能和广度上的区别。总体上看,国外开放存取期刊平台的个性化知识服务水平较国内平台高;个性化服务项目日益增多,Alerts和RSS信息自主定制是各大平台的主流增值服务;服务功能趋向于集成化、系统化,特别是社交媒体的嵌入,使得科技知识的大众化推广成为可能,也为学术成果的计量评价提供了全新的社会化视角。
This paper makes comparative research on knowledge services of open access journal （OAJ） network platforms. It provides useful refer- ences for domestic platform builders and the integration of open access journals of libraries. By the literature research and internet investigation, this paper gives a comparative analysis on knowledge services of the well-known OAJ platforms： COAJ, Socolar, BioMed Central, Springer Open, PLoS OAJ, DOAJ, mainly from the following aspects： information retrieval, full text download, personalized services and social media interactive services, and compares the substantive differences of knowledge service function and breadth among the open access journal platforms and the subscription journal platforms. Overall, the level of knowledge services of foreign OAJ platforms is higher than that of domestic platforms; more and more personalized services can get, Alerts and RSS information customization is the mainstream ＂value-added services＂ of major platforms; the integration of the system, especially the social media embedding, makes the popularization of science and technology knowledge promotion possible, but also provides a new social perspective for measurement and evaluation of academic achievements.
