摘要
文章将1997-2010年《中国学术期刊网》收录的题目或关键词中包含“知识服务”的全部论文作为研究对象，利用高频关键词共现与社会网络分析相结合的方法揭示研究热点、关键点以及薄弱点。
Objective： To reveal research focus, key points, weak points and the overall structure of domestic knowledge services for the researchers to grasp the focus and direction of knowledge services field,and make better knowledge service for society. Methods： We retrieved the whole documents data by subject or key words include ＂knowledge service＂ from 1997 to 2010 in ＂CNKI＂ ,and using high frequency keywords co-word combined with social network analysis method to reveal the research focus, key points and weak points of domestic knowledge service. Result： 2986 records retrieved, identified 52 high-frequency words, the social network diagram based on high frequency keywords reveals current study status of knowledge services well.Conclusion： Domestic knowledge services heats up, and based on the library, knowledge management, knowledge economy, knowledge innovation become the core of the research focus. As the keys,libraries and knowledge management play an important role at the source. Compared with foreign countries, there are still problems such as research body singleness,study system loose and the study depth is not enough and so on. In addition,less refers the external influence factors of knowledge services.
