摘要
从反应体系、改性方法及不同领域内的应用研究三方面,介绍了溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_2薄膜的研究进展。溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_2薄膜的反应体系主要有钛醇盐和无机钛盐,以钛醇盐为前驱体制备的TiO_2薄膜的表面质量更优。元素掺杂和复合是目前TiO_2薄膜的主要改性方法,可有效改善薄膜的组织结构和光催化性能。TiO_2薄膜在光催化、自清洁、生物医学、表面防护等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
The research progress of TiO2 thin film preparation based on sol-gel method was reviewed from three aspects including reaction system, modification method and application in various fields. The reaction systems are mainly titanium alkoxide and inorganic titanium salt, and the TiO2 thin film prepared using titanium alkoxide as precursor has superior surface quality. The main modification methods of TiO2 thin film are doping elements and forming composites, which are effective in improving the structure and photocatalytic performance of TiO2 thin film. TiO2 thin film has a broad application prospect in many areas such as photocatalysis, self-cleaning, biomedicine and surface protection.
