摘要
减少网络购物用户的大量退货行为,需要制造商、零售商、第三方物流企业的共同努力。以这三方组成的三级逆向供应链为研究对象,构建集中决策模型与分散决策模型,同时对两种决策模型进行比较分析,指出调整三方的单位退货损失,无法实现逆向供应链整体的协调,而基于惩罚—激励契约能够实现供应链的协调,并给出惩罚因子与收益补偿因子满足的条件及实施步骤。
Joint efforts need to be made by manufacturers, retailers and third-party logistics to reduce a quantity of returned behaviors of online shoppers. Basing on three-level reverse supply chain organized by manufacturers, retailers and third-party logistics, centralized and decentralized decision-making model are constructed and analyzed. Then it is pointed out that over- all coordination of reverse supply chain cannot be achieved by the adjustment of loss rates of product return in three sides. However, punishment-incentive contract can help achieve it. And the requirements and implementation steps of punishment factors and benefit factors are given.
