摘要
对10t-24.8m的单梁桥式起重机横梁结构进行了瞬态动力学仿真分析。分析了不同加载时间对横梁结构的冲击影响以及在不同工位时桥式起重机横梁结构的时间-载荷动态响应特性,得出了不同加载时间对起重机系统振动的影响规律以及在不同工位时横梁的最大应力、振动位移、速度和加速度随时间-载荷的动态响应特性及变化规律,分析结果对桥式起重机的设计制造提供了较为可靠的试验数据和理论依据。
It simulates the transient dynamic characteristic of the single girder bridge crane beam structure. In view of shocking influence of the beam,it analyzes the results under different loading time and the dynamic response of bridge crane beam structure at time- load in different location,obtains the dynamic response change rules of the stress,displacement,velocity and acceleration of the bridge crane beam under above conditions.This provides a more reliable test data theoretical basis for the design and manufacturing of bridge crane.
