摘要
气隙缺陷是造成绝缘设备局部放电的主要原因。通常情况下,局部放电不会直接造成绝缘设备的损坏,但是经过长期的作用,会导致电气设备的绝缘强度下降,加速装置的老化。因此,需要对气隙的局部放电过程进行研究,分析气隙的放电机理,理解在不同条件下气隙局部放电的形式以及气隙放电的规律。基于MATLAB/SIMULINK建立了气隙局部放电的仿真模型,给出了气隙瞬时放电的仿真方法,同时对放电电阻和外加电压对放电次数和放电波形的影响进行了仿真分析。通过对气隙局部放电的模型进行仿真研究,有利于对气隙放电原理的理解。
The air gap defect is the main reason of insulation equipment partial discharge. Usually, partial discharge will not directly cause the damage of equipment insulation, but after a long period, it can lead to a decline in electrical equipment insulation intensity and accelerate aging of device Therefore, we need to study on the partial discharge process of air gap, analyze the discharge mechanism of air gap, and understand the form of partial discharge and the law of the air gap discharge under different condition. The partial discharge model of air gap is built up based on MATLAB/ SIMULINK. The instantaneous discharge simulation method of air gap is presented, and the discharge resistor and applied voltage effect on the discharge frequency and discharge waveform are analyzed by simulation. Through the simulation study on the model of air gap partial discharge, it is advantageous to the understanding of the principle of air gap discharge.
