气吹灭弧防雷间隙灭弧仿真与试验 被引量:3

Arc-Extinguishing Simulation and Experiment on Air Blast Arc-Extinguishing Lightning Protection Gap

摘要 气吹灭弧防雷间隙是一种利用气流主动灭弧的新型防雷装置。通过建立气流与电弧的数学模型,对气流与电弧运动过程进行计算分析。并利用有限元软件ANSYS 14.0对灭弧过程中的压力场以及气流与电弧的相互作用过程进行仿真,对仿真结果进行分析,得出灭弧时间。并在此基础上对气吹灭弧防雷间隙的灭弧效果进行试验分析,利用高速摄像机、示波器记录实验过程中的灭弧图像、电弧波形以及气流响应时间波形图,通过对这些数据的分析得出气流响应时间和灭弧有效时间。并与仿真结果进行对比,证明该间隙的灭弧可靠性,为其实际应用提供了有效的科学依据。 Air blast arc-extinguishing lightning protection gap is a new type of lightning protection device using airflow active arc-extinguishing. Through establishing the airflow and arc mathematical model, the calculation and analysis of air flow and arc motion process are carried out. And by using the finite element software ANSYS 14.0, the arc-extinguishing in the process of pressure field and the process of interaction arc and air flow are simulated. Through the analysis of the each other really results in arcing time. The effects of arc-extinguishing gap lightning protection are tested and analyzed by using high speed camera, based on the data analysis, the airflow response time and effective arcextinguishing time are obtained. And compared with the simulation results, the clearance of arc- extinguishing reliability is proved, and effective scientific basis are provided for its practical application.
