摘要
文章基于模糊联盟博弈模型,对模糊博弈的核心解及稳定集解进行梳理,报告了博弈核心解在企业知识联盟利益分配中可能为空集的现状,通过采用引入隶属度及分配系数的方法,展开广义模糊解概念的延拓、广义模糊解间关系的刻画及模糊联盟博弈收益值部分保留的需求调查,反映了既能满足企业与多个知识联盟合作又可满足企业知识联盟再发展的应用需求问题,得出企业知识联盟广义利益分配方案存在性及合理性的基本结论,提出构建适合企业知识联盟再发展的利益分配机制、注重企业知识联盟长期稳定合作伙伴关系、建立企业知识联盟资源互补融合机制等政策建议,以期实现利益分配视角下企业知识联盟可持续发展的目的。
The core and stable set solutions of fuzzy game are sorted out based on the fuzzy coalition game model in this paper. The state of the core solution in the benefit distribution of enterprise knowledge alliance, which may be empty, is reported by adopting the method of introducing the membership degree and the distribution coefficient. The extension of the concept of generalized fuzzy solution, and the characterization of generalized fuzzy relations between fuzzy solutions and part of the value of fuzzy coalition game are investigated. It reflects that it can not only meet the participants in cooperation with a number of alliances, and can meet the redevelopment application requirements of enterprise knowledge alliance. The basic conclusion of the existence and rationality of the generalized benefit distribution scheme of enterprise knowledge alliance is drawn. The policy suggestions for enterprises to cooperate with multiple knowledge alliance is provided, with constructed the benefit distribution mechanism for enterprise knowledge alliance and the redevelopment of enterprise knowledge alliance. It is necessary to focus on long-term and stable partnership, and to establish complementary fusion mechanism of enterprise knowledge alliance, in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprise knowledge alliance from the perspective of benefit distribution.
