摘要
针对酸压储层非均质性特点,研究合成一种用于地层酸化的可逆转向剂。这种可逆转向剂是由丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)单体和少量聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯共聚形成的具有网状结构的水膨体。该水膨体在酸液中可吸酸膨胀,迅速封堵高渗透层;但随着交联链与酸液的反应加深,在酸中交联链中含有的酯基会逐渐水解,使网状高分子转变为线型高分子,最后在酸液中溶解,从而解除地层堵塞。考察了单体比例、单体含量、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、温度等因素对水膨体凝胶膨胀性能的影响,获得该水膨体的最佳合成条件。
According to the heterogeneity of acid - fracturing reservoir, a type of reversible diverting agent for acidi- zing was made. It was a type of hydrogel with reticulate structure made by acrylamide, 2 - acrylamido - 2 - meth- ylpropane sulfonic acid and little polyglycol diacrylate. In acid liquid, this hydrogel can swell after absorbing the acid, and then rapidly plug the high permeable zone. But with the continuous acidolysis of link chain, the ester group in the crosslinking chain gradually hydrolyses to cause the reticular polymer to change into the linear one and dissolve in acid finally. So during acid injection, this plug can diminish automatically. The affecting factors of mon- omer proportion, monomer content, initiating agent amounts, cross linking agent and temperature on the swelling property of the gel were studied, and the best synthesis conditions were suggested.
