摘要
为改善秸秆的厌氧消化性能,提高产沼气的效率,文章采用NaOH和NaHSO_3对小麦秸秆进行预处理,考察了不同浓度组合预处理对厌氧发酵产气效果的影响。试验结果表明:4%NaOH和3%NaHSO_3预处理的应用效果最佳,与仅用4%NaOH处理的效果相比,日产气量和累积产气量分别提高了55.59%和72.34%,甲烷含量也增加了13.17%。综合来看,NaOH和NaHSO_3联合预处理可以有效提高小麦秸秆的厌氧消化效率。
To improve the straw anaerobic fermentation and increase biogas production, wheat straw was taken as the raw material, and pretreated with different concentration of NaOH and NaHSO3. The results showed that 4% NaOH and 3% NaHSO3 combined pretreatment was most effective. Comparing with the sole 4% NaOH pretreatment, the 4% NaOH and 3% NaHSO3 combined pretreatment had daily biogas production increase of 55.59%, accumulative biogas production in- crease of 72.34%, and methane content increase of 13.17%.
