摘要
研究了NaOH与高温综合预处理对秸秆高固体厌氧消化的影响。利用正交实验考察NaOH浓度、预处理温度和时间对预处理效果的影响。结果表明影响力由大到小的顺序为NaOH浓度、温度、浸泡时间。最佳预处理条件为:NaOH浓度3%,处理温度85℃,浸泡时间36 h。经过高固体厌氧产气实验,常温25℃NaOH预处理后的秸秆产气量相比未经预处理的秸秆,总产气量提高21.68%;而在85℃NaOH预处理后的秸秆产气量相比则提高30.63%。
An experiment is carried out to study the influence on anaerobic digestion by hot NaOH aqueous solution.The orthogonal experimental program is made to determine the effects of NaOH concentration,temperature and pre-treatment time,as a result,NaOH concentration,temperature and pre-treatment time in turn.The optimal pre-treatment conditions are obtained as follows:3% of NaOH concentration,85℃ and 36 hours of pre-treatment.After high-solid anaerobic digestion experiments at 25℃ with NaOH and 85℃ with NaOH,compared with raw straw,the total gas production rates increase by 21.68% and 30.63%,respectively.
