摘要
为了更好地运用IMO示范课程,分析海船操作级驾驶员适任培训IMO示范课程现状,提出IMO示范课程的翻译、修订、教学大纲、教材、教学设施设备和教员要求等方面在国内应用出现的问题和建议,通过不断跟踪公约的修正和示范课程的修订,细化IMO示范课程的标准,完善适合我国航海教育的一套操作级驾驶员适任培训课程。
For the sake of using the IMO model courses preferably,the status of IMO model courses about ship officers＇ competence training at operational level was analyzed. According to the situation of application of IMO model courses in China,the suggestion to the problem of application about translation,revision,teaching syllabus,textbooks,training facilities and equipment and staff requirements were proposed. Through keeping track of the amendments of STCW convention and revisions of IMO model courses,the standard of IMO model courses should be detailed to improve the set of courses about ship officers＇ competence training at operational level.
