德美日三国汽车品牌校企合作教学模式对高职院校教学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 阐述了高职院校与德美日三国汽车品牌进行校企合作的具体教学实践。重点介绍了以中德SGAVE项目为代表的德企合作项目的教学模式,突出了德企项目教学中任务引导、学生中心、能力本位的重要特点。同时介绍了以丰田汽车T-TEP项目、福特汽车STWP项目为代表的日企、美企三类合作项目。展现了T-TEP项目教学中对学生工作细节、工作素养培养的重视。结合不同项目教学各自的特点,针对我国目前高职院校教学中存在的问题,分析了各具特色的校企合作项目对高职院校教学的影响。同时针对不同类型高职院校教学方面的不同特点给出了建议。 In this paper,the specific teaching practice was discussed,which is the cooperation between the vocational colleges and the automobile brands of Germany,America and Japan. This paper focuses on the teaching mode of German- enterprise cooperative project represented by a Sino- German SGAVE project,and highlights the important characteristics of task- oriented,student- centered and competency- oriented. At the same time,the TOYOTA T- TEP project and Ford STWP project as the representative of Japan and the United States are also introduced. It is emphasized that the details of students' work and the cultivation of work quality in T- TEP project teaching. In view of China's current problems in the teaching of vocational colleges,the influence of different school enterprise cooperation projects on the teaching of higher vocational colleges is analyzed by combining with the characteristics of teaching different projects. At the same time,according to the different characteristics of different types of teaching in higher vocational colleges,the suggestions are given.
