摘要
提出一种正负刚度并联扭转减振器,并推导了其回复力矩和非线性刚度的表达式,分析了负刚度机构中的弹簧预压缩量对系统回复力和刚度的影响。建立该扭转减振器2自由度动力学方程,并采用无量纲形式,应用谐波平衡法计算扭转减振器的振动传递率,揭示了该扭转减振器在更宽频带上的非线性减振特性。最后进行减振器的台架验证实验,结果表明,该扭转减振器具有良好的减振性能,且对更低频的振动具有良好的减振效果。
A torsional vibration damper with negative stiffness structure is proposed with the expression of its restoring torque and nonlinear stiffness derived,and the effects of spring pre-compression in negative stiffness structure on the restoring force and stiffness of system analyzed. Then 2 DOF dynamics equations for the damper are established,the vibration transmissibility in dimensionless form of the damper is calculated by applying harmonic balance method,and the nonlinear vibration attenuation characteristics of the damper at wider frequency band are revealed. Finally a verification bench test is conducted with a result showing that the torsional vibration damper proposed has a good vibration attenuation performance with its effective frequency range extended toward lower end.
