摘要
目的：研究厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氯地平治疗老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的疗效 .方法：选取2014年2月-2015年10 月我院收治老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者83例.将上述83例老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者随机分为 E 组41例和 E＋B 组42例.E 组采用单纯厄贝沙坦进行治疗,E＋B 组采用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氯地平治疗.比较（1）临床治疗总有效率;（2）干预前和干预后患者血糖水平的差异;（3）干预前和干预后患者血压水平和尿酸水平的差异.结果：（1）E＋B组较之E组临床治疗总有效率更高,P 〈0.05;（2）干预前两组血糖水平相似,P 〉0.05;干预后两组患者血糖水平均显著改善,P 〈0.05.（3）干预前两组血压水平和尿酸水平相似,P〉0.05;干预后E＋B 组较之 E 组血压水平和尿酸水平改善更显著,P〈0.05.结论：厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氯地平治疗老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的疗效确切,可有效降压,降低血液尿酸水平,对肾功能的保护有利,值得推广.
objective： to study the urban bei sha Tanzania joint benzene sulfonic acid chloride ground treatment in elderly patients with diabetes, high blood pressure combined high uric acid hematic disease curative effect. Methods： select 2014 February - in October 2015, our hospital senile diabetes hypertension combined 83 patients with high uric acid hematic disease. Incorporating the above 83 cases of senile diabetes, high blood pressure patients with high uric acid hematic disease were randomly divided into 41 in group E and E ＋ B group of 42 cases. Group E he used sand treatment, E ＋ B group has he sand joint benzene sulfonic acid chloride ground treatment. （1） the clinical total effective rate; （2） the intervention the difference before and after intervention in patients with blood sugar levels; （3） the intervention before and after intervention in patients with blood pressure levels and differences in the levels of uric acid. Results： （1） E ＋ group B compared with group E clinical total effective rate is higher, P 〈 0.05; （2） two groups blood sugar level similar to that of the intervention （P 〉 0.05; Two groups of patients with blood sugar levels were significantly improved after intervention, P 〈 0.05. （3） two groups of blood pressure level before intervention and uric acid levels are similar, P 〉 0.05; E ＋ after intervention group B compared with group E blood pressure level and uric acid level improved more significantly, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： er bei sha Tanzania joint benzene sulfonic acid chloride ground treatment in elderly patients with diabetes, high blood pressure combined high uric acid hematic disease curative effect, can effective step-down, lower blood uric acid level, good for the protection of renal function, is worth promoting.
