摘要
目的探讨老年糖尿病、高血压合并高尿酸血症患者采用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的临床效果。方法选取150例老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者为观察对象,随机将其分为3组,分析3组治疗情况。结果联合治疗组观治疗有效率和治疗后血压水平均优于氨氯地平组、厄贝沙坦组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan combine with amlodipine besylate in treatment of senile diabetic hypertension patients with hyperuricemia. Methods Selected 150 cases of elderly diabetic hypertension with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into three groups, and the treatment of three groups were analyzed. Results The effective rate and blood pressure level of the treatment group were better than the amlodipine group and the irbesartan group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate significantly in treating senile diabetic hypertension and hyperuricemia curative effect.
