摘要
目的：对消毒供应室集中管理后在医院优质护理中的作用效果进行研究分析.方法：以我院2012年1月至2014年1月之间医疗器具、器械和物品的消毒管理为例,对消毒供应室集中管理在医院优质护理开展的作用效果进行总结分析.结果：消毒供应室集中管理实施前后,医院消毒供应医疗设备资源配置合理性及医疗器具、物品清洗消毒质量合格率等都有了较为明显的提升变化,且集中管理实施后消毒供应室医疗器具、器械和物品的消毒管理工作效率也有很大的提高,P〈0.05,差异显著,对医院优质护理服务开展有着积极作用和意义.结论：消毒供应室集中管理有利于提升消毒供应的专业化与资源配置合理性,减少医护人员医疗器械感染率以及对医院人力、资金的占用等,有利于优质护理开展和提升,具有积极作用和意义.
Objective： To study the effect of high quality nursing in the centralized management of disinfection supply rooms in hospital. Methods： in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, medical equipment, equipment and items of disinfection management as an example, the centralized management of sterile supply room in the hospital to carry out the role of quality care to carry out a summary analysis. Results： in disinfection and supply room concentration before and after the implementation of the management, disinfection supply in hospital medical equipment resource allocation rationality and medical appliances and articles of cleaning and disinfection quality qualified rate has obvious promoting change and centralized management after the implementation of the disinfection efficiency of disinfection management in supply room, medical instruments, equipment and articles have greatly improved, P 〈 0.05, the difference was significant. On the high quality of medical care development has a positive and significant. Conclusion： in disinfection and supply room centralized management is conducive to enhancing the sterilization and supply of specialization and the allocation of resources reasonable, reduce medical staff medical infection rate and hospital human resources, capital occupation, to development and promote high quality of nursing, with positive and significant.
