摘要
为研究点状金属覆膜对真丝织物性能的影响,采用覆膜前后双绉真丝织物作为研究对象,通过对点状覆膜前后真丝织物的形貌观察,研究点状覆膜前后真丝织物表面结构变化。通过实验测试织物光学性能、透气性和断裂强力,分析点状覆膜前后织物光学性能、透气性和断裂强度的差异。结果表明,覆膜后真丝织物表面附着一层不连续、分布均匀、尺寸一致的圆点,铝被成功镀在织物表面,覆膜真丝织物孔径变小,透光透气率下降,防紫外性能和光泽度大幅度提高,断裂强力有一定提高。
In order to study the effects of metal coating on the silk fabrics,the coated and uncoated silk fabrics were adopted as experimental materials. The morphology difference of coated and uncoated silk fabrics was observed. The coated and uncoated silk fabrics were tested to seek the differences of optical propertypore, air permeability and breaking strength. The results indicated that a series of discontinuous and evenly-distributions dots with the consistent size were coated on the surface of silk fabrics after coating,and aluminum were successfully plated on the surface of silk fabrics. The pore sizes became smaller; light transmission declined; anti-ultraviolet performance and glossness had great improvement; tensile property increased to certain degree.
