摘要
比尔·雷丁斯在《废墟中的大学》一书中以独特的眼光深刻地批判了当代大学在市场压力下的日趋功利化、公司化和绩效化现象。大学在所谓的"一流大学"理念指导下逐渐脱离了自身的本质,变得更加虚无、空洞,成为废墟中的大学。因此,我国在争创世界一流大学的过程中,需要认真反思雷丁斯笔下"废墟中的大学"的生存状态,积极探索具有中国特色的一流大学建设之路,即不能以一流指标体系为出发点,要重构精英化的大学理念,弘扬传统大学文化精神以及营造健康、宽松和自由的学术环境。

The contemporary universities under the guidance of a first-class university ” gradually divorced its own nature,and became more empty and nothingness,so it was called ruins of the university. In the process of striving for the top universities Chinese universities not only need to seriously reflect the survival condition of Bill Readings ’ s “the ruins of the universities”,but also should actively explore a road with Chinese characteristics, not only by using the first-class index system as the starting point, and it is necessary to reconstruct the philosophy of elite university, to promote the traditional spirit of university culture and to create a relaxed healthy and scientific academic environment.
