摘要
为了提高水平井钻井过程中储集层钻遇率,需要实时探测储集层边界。为此,提出了一种基于高频电磁波的随钻探层测距雷达技术。随钻探层测距雷达在钻具进入煤层后,实时探测煤层的顶底板,实时测量钻具与煤层顶底板之间的距离,实现地质导向,甚至可以实现地层成像功能,从而指导施工人员控制钻头始终穿行在储层中。以煤层气钻井为应用对象,对随钻探层测距雷达测量原理、测量方法及电路系统等方面进行了研究。室内试验中测量距离与实际距离间的相对误差为3.8%。这表明随钻探层测距雷达可以有效提高煤层气储集层的钻遇率。
Real time reservoir boundary detection is needed to improve the reservoir contact probability during horizontal drilling. Drilling radar for real time reservoir boundary detection based on the high frequency electromagnetic wave has been proposed. When the drill tools entre the coal bed, the real time reservoir boundary detection drilling radar could real-time detect the roof and floor of the coal bed, measure the distance between the drill tool and the roof and floor of the coal bed, thus achieving geosteering and even conducting the formation imaging, so as to guide the operator to control the bit drilling in the reservoir. Taking coal bed methane drilling as the application object, the measuring principle, measurement method and circuit system of the real time reservoir boundary detection radar has been studied. The experimental study shows that the relative error between the measured distance and the actual distance is 3. 8%. The real time reservoir boundary detection radar could effectively improve the reservoir contact of CBM reservoirs.
