摘要
在精度要求较高和频率较高的随钻电磁波电阻率测量值的计算中,相对介电常数的影响通常不能被忽略。介绍了相对介电常数求取的常用方法——特殊值法、近似计算法和均值法,并对各方法的特点进行了对比分析。比较了贝克休斯、哈里伯顿等国际五大油田技术服务公司的相对介电常数取值方法,进行了相对介电常数的选择。实例分析表明,相对介电常数的选取和测量仪器有密切关系,应根据实际的仪器参数进行计算获得相对介电常数的估计值,并在实验室建立相对介电常数校正图版,以供现场校正需要。
The impact of dielectric value cannot be ignored when true formation resistivity values are required with high accracy or high resistant formations are measured. This paper systematically demonstrates dielectric effects on the MWD array electromagnetic propagation resistivity tools. Several methods such as special value, approximative formula, medium- value formula etc. are compared and analyzed. The dielectric constant of five worldwide companies was compared and the dielectric constant was selected. It shows dielectric constant is closely related with tools used. The dielectric constant should be estimated based on the tools used. Correction plots of dielectric constant were prepared for field measurement and calibration.
