摘要
抑郁症是一种严重的精神疾病,患病率约为15%,极大地影响了患者生活质量。然而抑郁症的发病机制尚未明确,缺乏客观的诊断方法,生物标志物可以为抑郁症的诊断及治疗提供一定的科学依据,目前公认的经典生物标志物主要包括单胺类神经递质、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴因素、细胞因子、脑神经营养因子等,但存在一定的缺陷,本文主要对抑郁症组学生物标志物的研究进展进行了综述,包括基因组学,蛋白质组学,代谢组学。
Depression is a serious mental illness, and the prevalence is about 15%, which greatly affects the quality of patients' life. However, its pathogenesis is not yet clear, and diagnosis is lack of objective check, and biomarker can provide a certain scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of depression. Currently, recognized classical biomarker mainly includes the monoarnine neurotransmitters, factors of the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis, cell factor, brain-derived neurotrophic factor and so on. This paper introduces the research progress of omics biomarkers of depression, including genomics, proteomics, metabonomics.
