料形对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及沙门菌污染的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 本试验旨在研究颗粒破碎料调制条件对沙门菌的灭活作用,料形对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及沙门菌污染的影响。选择256日龄罗曼粉蛋鸡2400只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复200只,分别饲喂颗粒破碎料和粉料,试验期161d。结果表明:①颗粒破碎料的调制条件能够灭活饲料中浓度为4.4×10^5cfu/g的沙门菌。②颗粒破碎料组好蛋率、日均采食量和平均蛋重分别比粉料组提高2.15%(P〈0.05)、6.73g(P〈O.05)和0.56g(P〈O.05)。颗粒破碎料组产蛋率和死淘率优于粉料组,但差异不显著(P〉O.05),料蛋比和鸡体重无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。粉料组蛋壳颜色和蛋黄色度显著高于颗粒破碎料组(P〈0.05),53和57周龄时,粉料组的蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度显著高于颗粒破碎料组(P〈0.05),哈夫单位和蛋白高度无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。与粉料组相比,颗粒破碎料组鸡蛋总收入和淘汰鸡收入分别增加3968.236元和308.722元,饲料支出增加5980.737元,净收益减少1703.779元,鸡只净收益减少1.419元/只。粉料中沙门菌、大肠杆菌和霉菌总数含量显著高于颗粒破碎料(P〈0.05),两组肛拭子、鸡蛋的沙门菌检测及鸡血清沙门菌抗体检测结果均为阴性。由此可知,颗粒破碎料调制条件对沙门菌有灭活作用,颗粒破碎料有助于提高采食量、好蛋率和蛋重,增加产蛋收益,降低饲料中细菌和沙门菌污染的风险。 Abstract: The paper studied the effect of the modulation condition of pellet on the inactivation of Salmonella, and investigated the effects of feed form on production performance, egg quality of layers and Salmonella contamination in layers. Two thousand and four hundred 256- day" age Roman pink-shell hens were randomly allocated into two groups with 6 replicates per group and 200 layers per replicate. The layers were fed pellet and mash, respectively. The trial lasted for 161 days. The results showed as follows: ①The processing technology of pellet feed could inactivate Salmonella pullorum with 4.4×10^5cfu/g in the feed. ②Compared with mash group, good egg rate, average daily feed intake and average egg weight in pellet group were raised by 2.15%,6.73 g and 0.56 g, respectively (P〈0.05). There was a tendency that the rate of egg production and mortality rate of pellet group were better than that of mash group (P〉0.05),and there was no significant difference in feed-egg ratio and body weight (P〉0.05). Eggshell color and egg yolk color of mash group were significantly higher than those of pellet group (P〈0.05). At the age of 53 and 57 weeks, eggshell strength and eggshell thickness of mash group were distinctly higher than those of pellet group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in haugh unit and albumen height (P〉0.05). Compared with mash group, the sales of eggs and hens of pellet group were increased by 3 968.236 yuan and 308.722 yuan respectively, but the feed expenditure was increased by 5 980.737 yuan. Therefore, the net income of pellet group was decreased by 1 703.779 yuan,and the net income per chicken was reduced by 1.419 yuan. The number of Salmonella,Escherichia coli and fungi of pellet group were strongly higher than those of mash group (P〈0.05), and there was no Salmonella in rectal swabs, chicken blood and eggs of both groups.
