摘要
目的观察加味瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期的临床疗效。方法将60例哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组予加味瓜蒌牛蒡汤,对照组予青霉素静脉滴注,两组均辅以手法按摩排空乳汁。两组疗程均为6天,观察临床疗效,比较退热时间、疼痛消失时间、肿块消失时间及不良反应的发生情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为96.67%和100%;组间临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义,治疗组与对照组疗效相当(P>0.05)。2组间退热时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间疼痛消失时间、肿块消散时间差异有统计学意义,提示治疗组部分症状的缓解快于对照组(P<0.05)。3两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期的疗效与抗生素相当,但缓解疼痛与肿块的起效更快。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Gualou Niubang Decoction in the treatment of early-stage acute mastitis during lactation.Methods Sixty subjects of early-stage acute mastitis during lactation were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Gualou Niubang Decoction and the control group was treated with intravenous infusion of penicillin,both groups were received the manual massage to drain milk,with a course of 6 days. The clinical efficacy was observed and the time for defervesce and pain and lump disappearance and the adverse reactions were compared. Results ①The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96. 67% and 100% respectively.There was no statistically significant difference on the clinical efficacy between the two groups,and the effect of the treatment group was similar to the control group（ P〉0. 05）. ②There was no statistically significant difference on the time for defervesce between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; there were statistically significant differences on the time for pain and lump disappearance between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）,which suggested that the relief of some symptoms in the treatment was faster than that in the control group. ③There was no statistically significant difference on the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion The effects of modified Gualou Niubang Decoction in the treatment of early-stage acute mastitis during lactation may be equivalent to antibiotics,but it may be faster to relieve pain and lump.
