摘要
目的探讨中医康复手法治疗急性乳腺炎的临床效果。方法选取阳谷县寿张镇卫生院与阳谷县人民医院(2016年3月至2019年10月)收治的急性乳腺炎患者90例,均存在不同程度的高热、红肿、乳房肿块、乳房疼痛等症状,根据不同治疗分为两组,对照组(n=45)接受常规抗感染治疗,观察组(n=45)在对照组基础上接受中医康复手法治疗,对比两组患者治疗指标(疼痛缓解时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间)和临床疗效以及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者疼痛缓解时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间分别为(4.23±0.72)d、(3.23±0.96)d、(8.36±2.08)d,对照组分别为(7.95±0.71)d、(6.04±1.72)d、(14.12±2.19)d,两组患者治疗指标对比差异明显(t=24.6784、9.5697、12.7930,P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率97.78%(44/45),对照组为88.89%(40/45),两组患者临床疗效对比差异明显(χ~2=6.3523,P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度100.00%(45/45),对照组为86.67%(39/45),两组患者治疗满意度对比差异明显(χ~2=14.2819,P<0.05)。结论常规治疗的基础上联合中医康复手法可有效治疗急性乳腺炎,便于患者继续哺乳,且不会影响乳房美观,满意度高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation methods in the treatment of acute mastitis.Methods 90 patients with acute mastitis treated in Shouzhang Town Health Center of Yanggu County,and People’s Hospital of Yanggu County(March 2016-October 2019)were selected.They all had symptoms such as high fever,redness,breast mass,breast pain and so on.They were divided into two groups according to different treatments.The control group(n=45)received conventional anti-infective treatment,and the observation group(n=45)received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment indexes(pain relief time,temperature recovery time,hospitalization time)of the two groups were compared with Clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction.Results The pain relief time,body temperature recovery time,and hospital stay of the observation group were(4.23±0.72)d,(3.23±0.96)d,(8.36±2.08)d,and the control group were(7.95±0.71)d and(6.04±1.72)d,(14.12±2.19)d,the treatment index of the two groups was significantly different(t=24.6784,9.5697,12.7930,P<0.05).The total effective rate was 97.78%(44/45)in the observation group and 88.89%(40/45)in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(χ~2=6.3523,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 100.00%(45/45)and that in the control group was 86.67%(39/45).There was a significant difference in treatment satisfaction between the two groups(χ~2=14.2819,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation methods based on conventional treatment,it can effectively treat acute mastitis,and it is convenient for patients to continue breastfeeding.It will not affect the breast beauty and high satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
