摘要
详细介绍湖南水口山铜渣的选矿工艺设计方案。通过对炉渣性质、选矿试验、国内类似选矿厂的碎磨流程和选别流程等的分析,确定了较合理的半自磨和快速浮选的工艺设计流程及设计指标,突出了本项目的设计特点及亮点。
The beneficiation process design for the Shuikoushan copper slag in Hunan is introduced detailedly. The reasonable process flowsheet of semi-autogenous grinding , rapid flotation and the indexes have been confirmed through the analysis of slag characteristics, beneficiation tests, crushing and grinding process and processing in some domestic similar concentration plant. The features and highlights of this project have also been presented.
