倾斜式子棉清理机工作质量影响因素分析

摘要 为了研究倾斜式子棉清理机的生产率、刺钉滚筒与格条栅的间距和刺钉滚筒转速3个因素对工作质量的影响程度及关系,采用L9(34)正交试验设计方法 ,对各因素的参数进行了优化研究。结果表明,各因素对工作质量影响程度为刺钉滚筒转速>刺钉滚筒与格条栅间隙>子棉生产率。在刺钉滚筒转速600r/min,刺钉滚筒与格条栅间隙16 mm,子棉加工量8 t/h的条件下,倾斜式子棉清理机工作质量最佳。 This study aims to explore the impact on the efficiency of seed cotton separation exerted by three factors including the productivity of inclined work quality,the clearance between barbed nails roller and lattice grates,and the speed of barbed nails roller. With the adoption of the table of L9(34) in orthogonal experimental design,this paper focuses on the optimization of parameters for those three factors.It has found that the speed of barbed nails roller affects the efficiency of seed cotton separation most,then is the clearance between barbed nails roller and lattice grates and the least is the productivity of inclined work quality. The efficiency of seed cotton separation of inclined work quality stays the best when the speed of barbed nails roller is set as 600 r / min,the clearance between barbed nails roller and lattice grates as 16 mm and the productivity of inclined seed cotton cleaner as 8 t / h.
