摘要 目的:改变扭伤膏的基质处方,提高产品的性能,降低生产成本。方法:采用单因素实验和L9(34)正交实验方法,优选出热熔胶型扭伤膏的最佳工艺。结果:得出扭伤膏的热熔胶的最佳处方为SIS40%、凡士林15%、松香20%、氧化锌25%。结论:优选得出的扭伤膏处方不粘毛,贴敷舒适,不过敏,无刺激,适合作为扭伤膏的热熔胶基质。 Objective: To changed the preparation process of the strain of the strain, select the best matrix formulation, improve the performance of the product, and reduce the cost of production . Methods: The single factor experiment and L9 (34) orthogonal experimental method were applied to optimum technology for sprain cream. Results: The best sprain cream hot melt adhesive prescription was SIS40%, Vaseline 15%, 20% resin and zinc oxide 25%. Conclusion: The preferred sprain cream matrix formulation is not sticky hairs; sticking is comfortable, not allergic, without stimulation; it is suitable as a sprain cream of hot melt adhesive matrix.
