摘要 目的:优选冰樟桉氟轻松巴布膏基质处方,进一步改善产品性能,提高产品疗效。方法:采用单因素实验和L9(34)正交试验方法,对巴布膏基质性能影响较大的骨架材料Viscomate NP-700、交联剂甘羟铝、保湿剂甘油、增黏剂聚丙烯酸进行考察,以冰樟桉氟轻松巴布膏的黏合特性和综合感官评价为考察指标,通过综合分析,优选冰樟桉氟轻松巴布膏基质。结果:最佳巴布膏基质处方为Viscomate NP-700 12 g,甘羟铝0.15 g,甘油70 g,聚丙烯酸6 g。结论:优选的冰樟桉氟轻松巴布膏基质载药性能和黏附性能好,贴敷舒适。 Objective: To optimize the formulation of Borreol Camphor Eucalyptus Oil and Fluocinonide Cataplasm matrix,in order to improve product performance and efficacy. Methods: The study adopted the method of a single factor test and L9( 34) orthogonal experiment method,the major importtance of Cataplasm matrix material was framework material ViscomateN P-700,the cross-linking agent dihydroxyaluminum aminoacetate,the humectant glycerin,the polyacrylic acid thickening agent to inspect to the adhesive properties of Borreol Camphor Eucalyptus Oil and Fluocinonide Cataplasm and integrated sensory evaluation indicators for the study,through comprehensive analysis,optimizing Borreol Camphor Eucalyptus Oil and Fluocinonide Cataplasm matrix. Results: The best prescription for ViscomateN P-70012 g,Gan hydroxyl aluminum 0. 15 g,glycerin 70 g,polyacrylic acid 6 g. Conclusion: The preferred Borreol Camphor Eucalyptus Oil and Fluocinonide Cataplasm has a good performance to adhesion properties of the drug,sticking comfortable.
