摘要
实践能力不足是物流管理专业人才培养中存在的突出问题。在市场调研的基础上,从通用和专业两个角度对物流实践能力进行深入分析,并构建了物流管理专业实践能力培养方案。基于地方本科院校的定位设定了物流管理专业实践能力培养目标,并制订了促进实践能力培养的粗能力和细能力计划。最后,从过程控制、培养方式和考核体系等方面提出了实践能力培养的保障措施。
Lack of practice ability is the outstanding problem of talents cultivation in logistics management major. Based on the market investigation,the practice ability of logistics is discussed from both general and special aspect and practice ability training scheme in logistics management major is built. According to the positioning of local undergraduate colleges and universities,the practice ability training goal is set and the rough and fine ability plans are formulated to promote practice ability of students in logistics management major. At last,the safeguard measures of practice ability training are promoted from process control,training methods and assessment system.
