在役油气管道防腐层破损点检测数量差异分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 油气管道输送正起着越来越重要的作用。本文结合某3条管道6次利用ACVG方法得到的外检测结果,分析了防腐层缺陷检出数据存在较大差异的原因,并给出了相关对策和建议。建议管道运营企业在进行管道防腐层外检测时,应进行复测加强质量管理,在日常修复防腐层破损点完毕后,应采用检测设备对破损点两侧各50m处进行防腐层破损复测,防止破损点检测信号相互覆盖的现象产生;并要求检测人员详细记录电流信号馈入位置和接地点,以备业主方检查检测质量;建议管道运营企业将管道阴极保护、防腐层检测、内检测结果数据进行整合和综合分析,扬长避短,提高管道本质安全管理水平,确保管道安全运行。 Oil and gas pipeline are playing a more and more important role. Based on six survey results of three pipeline obtained by ACVG method, the paper analyzes the reason of difference of the coating defects detection data and proposes relevant suggestions. It is better for pipeline operators to check the quality of coating survey by re-detecting. And after the daily repairing of anticorrosive coating, re-detection on 50m away from damaged point both sides should be performed to prevent the mistake of detection due to the overlap of detection signal. Record the position of the detection current input and grounding place for the pipeline owner to convenient for check the survey quality. It is suggested that pipeline operators should integrity the pipeline cathodic protection data, anti-corrosion layer detection data and in-line inspection data to analysis comprehensively and make best use of the advantages and by pass the disadvantages of the inspection methods to improve the level of safety management of pipeline and ensure safe operation of the pipeline.
