HAZOP分析方法在山地管道泄压系统中的应用

摘要 液体管道在运行中因误操作或不可预见的突发事件会引发水击现象,从而引起管道超压甚至爆裂,需要采取相应的水击保护措施,以保护液体管道的安全运行。本文主要对山地管道泄压系统开展危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP),辨识出泄压系统在工艺、设备、操作、维护和管理方面存在的问题,以保证运行过程在出现危险情况时处于安全状态,避免或减少对人员、环境、设备造成的危害。 In the operation of liquid pipeline, water hammer phenomenon will be caused due to improper operation or unforeseen emergencies, which will lead to overpressure or even burst of pipeline. Corresponding water hammer protection measures should be taken to protect the safe operation of liquid pipeline. The paper mainly carries out hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP) on the pressure relief system of mountain pipelines, and identifies the problems existing in the process, equipment, operation, maintenance and management of the pressure relief system, so as to ensure that the operation process is in a safe state when there are dangerous situations, and avoid or reduce the harm to personnel, environment and equipment.
