摘要
基于差序格局理论以及信任的多维度特征,研究了因身份(家族外部和内部)的不同,中国家族企业多维度信任的差序格局分布。研究结论表明:第一,企业主对家族内部和外部高层管理人员的情感性信任存在着差异,其中,对家族内部高层管理人员的情感性信任高于对家族外部高层管理人员的情感性信任;第二,企业主对家族内部和外部高层管理人员的认知性信任存在着差异,其中,对家族内部高层管理人员的认知性信任低于对家族外部高层管理人员的认知性信任。
Based on the differential mode of association theory and from the perspective of multi-dimensional trust, the present study focuses on the differential mode of association of multi-dimensional trust in Chinese family firms due to different identities (within and outside family). The results indicate that: (1) non-family top manager's perceivable affect-based trust and family top manager's perceivable affect-based trust are different; with the latter higher than the former. (2) non-family top manager's perceivable cognition-based trust and family top manager's perceivable cognition-based trust are different, with the former higher than the latter.
