摘要 目的:应用3.0T MRI 成像探讨正常女性子宫肌层厚度随年龄变化的差异。方法回顾性分析76例正常女性子宫磁共振多模态成像,测量子宫内肌层(结合带)和外肌层的厚度,按年龄分组进行分析。结果21~30岁、31~40岁、41~50岁、≥51岁年龄组结合带厚度中位值分别为0.4 cm、0.8 cm、0.63 cm、0.1 cm,外肌层平均厚度分别为1.2 cm、1.1 cm、1.2 cm、1.2 cm。结合带厚度在不同年龄段的变化对研究孕宫疾病方面有非常重要的意义。结合带厚度在31~40岁、41~50岁2个年龄段差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),31~40岁、41~50岁年龄段的结合带厚度最厚,21~30岁次之,≥51岁女性的结合带最薄。外肌层厚度在各年龄组间差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论结合带厚度在不同年龄段的变化对研究子宫疾病方面有非常重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the changes of thickness of uterine myometrium of normal females in different age groups detected by 3.0T MRI imaging technique .Methods The data of MRI images of normal uterus of 76 females were retrospectively analyzed ,and the thickness of uterine myometrium in uterine internal muscularis ( junctional zone ) and external muscularis was measured ,moreover ,the data were analyzed in the four different age groups .Results The median of thickness of uterine myometrium in junctional zone in 21~30 years group,31~40 years group,41~50 years group, ≥51 years group was 0.4cm,0.8cm,0.63cm,0.1cm,respectively, which in external muscularis was 1.2cm,1.1cm,1.2cm,1.2cm, respectively .There is no significant difference in the thickness of uterine myometrium in junctional zone between 31~40 years group and 41~50 years group , the thickness of uterine myometrium in junctional zone is the thickest in 31~40 years group and in 41~50 years group , the next in order 21~30 years group ,however , the thickness of uterine myometrium in junctional zone is the thinest in ≥51 years group.Moreover,there is no significant difference in the thickness of uterine myometrium in uterine external muscularis among the four age groups .Conclusion The change of thickness of junctional zone in different ages has a very important significance in the study of uterine diseases .
