摘要 以三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)作为自然交联聚乙烯外部供水剂,确定了TAIC的最佳添加量,研究了不同交联时间下自然交联聚乙烯的结构与性能。结果表明:添加5份TAIC的自然交联聚乙烯,随着交联时间的延长,交联结构逐渐完善。在第六天之后性能趋于稳定,凝胶含量为63%、热延伸率为70%、冷却后永久变形率为4%、拉伸强度为23.5 MPa、断裂伸长率为650%,满足国家标准。结果表明:6天后的交联聚乙烯试样平衡转矩趋于稳定,间接反映出聚乙烯交联度随交联时间的变化情况;DSC实验表明交联对聚乙烯热性能有一定的影响,导致聚乙烯结晶变得更加困难。 The triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) as an external water supply agents of natural crosslinked polyethylene,the optimum adding content of TAIC was concluded,the structure and properties of natural crosslinked polycthylenewas explored under different crosslinking time. The results showed that the samples adding five copies of TAIC had perfect crosslinking structure gradually with the increase of crosslinking time. After 6 days,the samples tended to be stable, such as gel content at 63% ,hot-set elongation at 70% , permanent deformation at 4% , tensile strength at 23. 5 MPa, elongation break at 650% , meeting the national standards. Torque experiments showed that the balanced torque of samples were stable after 6 days, indirectly reflected that: the crosslinking degree of natural crosslinked polyethylene would change with the increase of the crosslinking time. DSC experiments showed that the crosslinking act had a certain influence on thermal performance of natural crosslinked polyethylene,leading to the act of crystallization become more difficult.
