摘要
研究了物料配比、温度、时间、稳定剂用量等条件对制备精品级交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酸TAIC的影响。优化的制备条件为:复合稳定剂Z-02添加剂:5‰~8‰;真空蒸馏时压力小于2.67kPa;浴液温度210~230℃;液相初馏温度135~155℃,气相初馏温度:125~145℃。产品TAIC纯度≥99.0%,收率≥92.0%。
The effect of preparation conditions, such as feeding ratio, temperatme, time and stabilizer dosage, on the purity and yield of high quality triallyl isocyanmate (TAIC) were researched. The optimum preparation conditions are as follows. The dosage for compounded stabilizer Z-02 is 5‰~8‰, pressure in vacuum distillation ≤2.67 kPa, the temperature of heat medium is 210~230℃ ;primary distillation temperature for liquid phase is 135~155℃, the primary distillation temperature for gas phase is 125~145℃. The purity of TAIC product is more than 99.0% with above 92.0% yield.
