摘要
产业生态化是生态与经济、社会协同一体的整合过程。文章基于PSR概念模型构建产业生态系统发展综合评价指标体系,选取2005-2014年安徽省16个市为研究对象,通过Topsis法评价产业生态系统发展水平并基于"压力-状态-响应"子系统诊断产业生态系统障碍因子,结果显示:2005-2014年安徽省16市产业生态系统发展处于中等水平,且市际之间产业生态系统水平差别较小;2005-2014年,各市产业生态系统发展水平"有增有减有波动";系统层PSR对安徽省16市产业生态系统发展水平的障碍度各不相同,压力、状态以及响应对应障碍度分别为40.41%、15.84%和43.75%;由于各市地域经济等差异较大,产业生态系统发展的主要障碍因子也区别显著。
Industrial ecology is a coordination and integration process of ecology,economy and society. The paper,based onPSR model,builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial ecosystem development,and selects 16 cities in Anhui province from 2005 to 2014 as the research object. Then the paper,through the Topsis method,evaluates the developmentlevel of industrial ecosystem and diagnoses industrial ecosystem obstacle factors based on the"pressure-state-response"subsys-tem. The results show that:The industrial ecosystem development of 16 cities in Anhui province from 2005 to 2014 is in a middlelevel,and the differences in the level of industrial ecosystem between cities are small;From 2005 to 2014,the development level ofindustrial ecosystem in cities presents the characters of"increases,decreases and fluctuations";The obstacle degrees of system lay-er PSR on the industrial ecosystem development level of 16 cities in Anhui province are not identical,the obstacle degrees corre-sponding to the"pressure,state and response"are 40.41%,15.84% and 43.75% respectively;Due to the large differences in re-gional economy,the main obstacle factors of the development of industrial ecosystem are also different.
