摘要
运用熵值模型、耦合度、协调度模型,借助空间计量模型分析我国沿海地区产业生态化时空演变特征及其影响因素,研究表明:①2000—2015年我国沿海地区产业生态化水平及其构成指数整体呈持续上升趋势,产业生态化水平由2000年的0.317上升至2015年的0.730,产业效率与生态效率耦合度、协调度逐渐提高,以中高度协调为主。②区域产业生态化水平、产业效率和生态效率空间差异明显,天津、北京、上海等地区产业生态化指数以及产业效率、生态效率最高,而河北、广西等地区相对较低。协调度、耦合度也呈现一定的空间差异。③工业集聚与区域产业生态化、产业效率和生态效率呈显著性负相关,科技创新、环境规制、城镇化、全球化与产业生态化呈显著性正相关,市场化与生态效率呈显著性正相关。研究从促进产业结构转型升级、提升绿色科技创新能力、优化市场经济体制、提高公众环境保护意识等方面提出对策建议。
The impact of human activities on the environmental resources of the Earth’s surface is the key content of geography research. As the main behavior of human beings acting on human-land systems, industrial activities are important carriers for human resources and environment. The study uses the entropy weight model,coupling degree and coordination degree model to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of industrial ecology in eastern China’s coastal areas and its influencing mechanism by means of spatial econometric model. The research shows that: 1)The overall level of industrial ecology in the eastern coastal areas of China has continued to rise steadily,from 0.317 in2000 to 0.730 in 2015. The coupling degree and coordination degree of industrial efficiency and ecological efficiency gradually increased,with medium-to-high degree coordination;2) Regional industrial ecological level,industrial efficiency and ecological efficiency have significant spatial differences. Tianjin,Beijing,Shanghai and other regions have the highest industrial ecological index and industrial efficiency and ecological efficiency,while Hebei and Guangxi are relatively low.Coordination degree and coupling degree also show certain spatial differences;3) Industrial agglomeration is significantly negatively correlated with regional industrial ecology, industrial efficiency and ecological efficiency, and scientific and technological innovation, environmental regulation, urbanization, globalization and industrial ecology have a significant positive correlation, marketization and ecological efficiency are significantly positively correlated. On this basis, the research proposes countermeasures to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, enhance the ability of green science and technology innovation,optimize the market economic system,and raise public awareness of environmental protection, and study to improve the industrial ecological level of the eastern coastal areas and reduce industrial activit
