摘要
焦亚硫酸钠生产装置原设计采用 φ(SO2 ) 7 0 %～ 7 5 %的低含量二氧化硫气体为原料 ,但在生产过程中出现了种种问题。后通过加入液体二氧化硫 ,将原料气 φ(SO2 )提高到 9%～ 12 % ,并同时对装置的烘干系统和离心系统进行改进 ,提高了产品质量和生产效率 ,降低了成本 。
The sodium pyrosulphite plant was designed to operate with feed gas containing 7 0Vol %～7 5 Vol% SO 2. So much lower gas concentration caused some problems in production A retrofit was conducted by adding liquid sulphur dioxide in raw gas to raise SO 2 concentration to 9Vol%～12 Vol % and improving drying and centrifuge systems The product quality and production efficiency were improved, cost was decreased and operating environment improved
