摘要
针对渐开线圆柱齿轮传动,建立了齿轮传动系统的啮合分析模型,对系统啮合特性进行了求解分析。研究了压力角对齿轮副啮合滑移系数、齿根应力、啮合印痕、齿面最大接触压力以及啮合刚度变化率的影响规律。结果表明,随着压力角的增加,齿轮的弯曲、接触强度以及抗胶合性能均得到提升,但压力角超过25°后齿轮强度提升不明显;随着压力角的增加,齿根应力不断减小,但压力角超过25°后,齿根应力略有提升;增大压力角会使齿轮副的总重合度减小,但能改善齿轮副的接触印痕及啮合刚度变化率等啮合特性。研究结果对渐开线圆柱齿轮压力角参数选择与设计具有重要指导意义。
The mesh model for the conventional involute gear pair is developed. Then the mesh characteristic is solved and analyzed. Based on the mesh model and the calculated results, the effects of normal pressure angle on the meshing slip coefficient, tooth root stress, contact pattern, the maximum contact pressure and the variation of the mesh stiffness are investigated. The results show that the increase of the normal pressure angle tends to increase the bending strength, the contact strength and the ability to prevent scuffing when the normal pressure angle is less than 25°. But, when the normal pressure angle is larger than 25°, the above results will change slightly. Also, it will decrease the root stress when the normal pressure angle is less than 25 °. However, when the normal pressure angle is larger than 25°, the root stress will become a little larger. The increase of the normal pressure angle also can decrease the contact ratio, improve the contact pattern and decrease the variation of the mesh stiffness. The results of this study can be applied to guide the normal pressure angle selection and design of the involute gear.
