摘要
通过对不同刃形的球形铣刀几何参数的分析、测算 ,进行了切削试验研究、切削力和粗造度测定。对比试验结果 ,得到球铣刀切削刃前角参数对其切削性能影响的重要数据 ,其结论对提高球形铣刀的加工精度有着十分重要的意义。
According to geometric parameter analysis and calculation on different spherical milling cutter, through experimental studying on cutting and calcul ating on cutting force and roughness ,from the result important data is given t hat spherical milling cutter rake angle parameter has effect on cutting capabili ty, and it is also very important to improve processing precision of spherical milling cutter.
