摘要
住院医师规范培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,对于加强卫生人才队伍建设,提高医疗卫生工作质量和水平极为重要。口腔正畸学是口腔医学的重要分支学科之一,因此口腔正畸住院医师规范化培训是口腔医学教育的重要补充。本文分析了口腔正畸学的特点及住院医师规范化培训的难点,总结了自从实施住院医师规范化培训以来的教学经验,主要从制定培训计划、优化培训内容、严格规范考核三个方面探讨口腔正畸住院医师规范化培训方法,以求提高口腔正畸住院医师规范化培训的质量。
Resident standardization training is an important part of medical students education after graduation.It is very important for strengthening construction of health talent team,improving quality and level of medical and health work.Because orthodontics is one of the important branch of oral medicine,orthodontics resident standardization training is the important supplement of oral medical education.In order to improve quality of orthodontics of resident standard- ization training,this paper analysed the characteristics of orthodontics and the difficulties of resident standardization training,and summarized the teaching experience of resident standardization training.Orthodontics resident standardiza- tion training methods had been discussed from the training plan,optimizing the training content,strict standardized ex- amination,in order to improve quality of standardized training of orthodontic residents.
