摘要
目的 探讨行为矫正训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法 将2015年1~12月于我院接受治疗的60例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规的康复治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,每天参加针对性的行为矫正训练。两组对照观察6个月,采用住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）和住院患者护士观察量表（NOSIE-30）进行效果评定。结果 观察组IPROS各因子及总分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组的NOSIE-30总积极因素评分高于对照组,总消极因素评分低于照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 康复技能训练能明显改善长期住院的慢性精神分裂症患者的不良行为。
Objective To study the effects of behavior modification training on life quahty of chronic schizophrenia. Methods Sixty patients with chronic schizophrenia from January to December in 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 patients in each group.Control group was given the normal treat- ment and nursing,and the observation group was given the behavior modification training in addition,the two groups were observed for 6 months,the results were evaluated by IPROS and NOSIE-30.Results The scores of IPROS in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈O.01）.In NOSIE-30 score,the scores of total positive factors in the observation group was higher than those of the control group and the scores of total negative factors was lower than those of the control group,the differences were sta- tistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The behavior modification training can effectively improve the social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia.
