摘要
目的:探究脑力疲劳状态下个体不确定性决策的特征,为减少脑力疲劳状态下飞行决策失误提供理论依据。方法招募某军校本科学员120名,采用成组设计,使用随机数字表产生随机数进行简单随机化分组,试验组与对照组各60名。试验组接受脑力疲劳诱导后完成决策任务,对照组直接完成决策任务。比较两组主观疲劳感及决策任务完成分值。结果脑力疲劳诱导效果良好,主要表现在试验组模拟飞行任务后主观疲劳感量表评分明显高于任务前( t=15.92, P<0.01);模拟飞行任务开始的前30 min综合作业成绩显著高于最后30 min(t=13.78, P<0.01);试验组主观疲劳感量表评分显著高于对照组(t=15.21, P<0.01)。决策任务即爱荷华赌博任务重复测量的方差分析表明,脑力疲劳对模糊决策影响不显著(P>0.05),脑力疲劳对风险决策影响显著(F=10.89, P<0.01);决策任务类型和疲劳程度的交互作用不显著( P>0.05)。结论脑力疲劳使个体对风险(损失或惩罚)变得不敏感。脑力疲劳人群更重视短期利益而不顾长远损失。飞行人员脑力疲劳易造成冲动冒险性决策进而危及航空安全。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of uncertainty decision making and to elucidate the theoretical basis for reducing the flight mistakes under mental fatigue . Methods One hundred and twenty male undergraduate military students were averagely and randomly divided into experimental and control groups . The experimental group completed decision making tasks with induced mental fatigue while the control group directly accomplished them without the induction .The subjective fatigue and the task completion scores of two groups were compared . Results Mental fatigue was successfully induced:after simulated flight tasks the subjective fatigue scale scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those before the task (t= 15 .92 , P〈0 .01) .The comprehensive performance of simulated flight tasks in the first 30 min was significantly higher than that in the last 30 min (t=13 .78 ,P〈0 .01) .The subjective fatigue scale scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group ( t = 15 .21 , P 〈 0 .01 ) . The repeated measurement analysis of variance of Iowa Gambling Task (IGT ) showed that mental fatigue insignificantly affected ambiguous decision making (P〉0 .05) but the risk decision (F=10 .89 , P〈0 .01) .And the interaction between type of decision making and the degree of fatigue was not apparent (P 〉 0 .05 ) . Conclusions Mental fatigue makes individuals insensitive to risk (loss and punishment) .The population of mental fatigue may easily pay more attention to short‐term interests than to long‐term losses .Mental fatigue could lead flying personnel to make impulsive and risky aviation decisions and endanger aviation safety .
