摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术在卵巢囊肿治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2013年4月至2016年4月在我院住院治疗的卵巢囊肿患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为的观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组患者采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,对照组采用常规开腹手术,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组患者术后发热率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的5.0%,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组和对照组复发率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对卵巢囊肿患者采取腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,治疗效果好,创伤小,安全性高,能有效提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery in the treatment of patients with ovarian cyst. Methods Eighty cases of patients with ovarian cysts admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, while the control group was treated with conventional open surgery. The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intra---operative bleeding, postoperative anus exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation groups were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the postoperative fever rate was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was 2.5%, which was lower than 5.0% of the control group, but there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. There was also no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection in the treatment of patients with ovarian cyst obtain a high treatment efficacy, with small trauma and high safety, it can effectively improve the patients＂ treatment effect.
