全自动消解-火焰原子吸收法测定土壤中的重金属 被引量:2

摘要 通过实验优化,建立了土壤样品全自动前处理消解程序,并用连续光源火焰原子吸收法同时测定土壤标准样品中的铜、铅和镍,取得了满意的结果。该消解方法教传统的方法有省时,加酸都能自动完成,减少人为操作带来的误差,精密度好,准确度更高。 A method was established for the determination of some metal elements(Copper, Lead and Nickel) in soil standard by DEENA Automated Sample Preparation System-High Resolution Continuum Source Atomic Absorbsion Spectrometry((HS-CS-AAS). The recommended method can complete several elements' analysis quickly and effectively and can be used widely.Through analysis,accurate and reliable results can be got.
