摘要
重金属超标一直是出口农产品和食品中经常发生的问题,欧美国家和我国都有各自的标准,但美国加州的P65《安全饮用水和有毒物质强制执行法》对有毒物质具有更高的警告要求,如对重金属铅含量的要求,加州警告标准比欧美国家标准高出20多倍,如不了解该州的地方法规,将面临产品下架、召回等风险,很多食品公司因违反P65提案而被诉讼。通过综述欧美各国重金属标准和加州P65提案对重金属铅的要求,针对中国农产品和食品出口企业如何符合P65提案提出应对方案。
Excessive heavy metal is the problem that often happens in export agricultural products and foods.European and American countries and China have their own standards.However,Proposition P65 Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act has higher warning requirements for toxic substances.For example,the warning standard of California for heavy metal lead content is more than 20 times higher than that of European and American countries.If the local regulations of California are not known,the products will be removed from shelves and recalled,and many food companies are sued for violating the P65 proposition.By summarizing the heavy metal standards of European and American countries and the requirements of California proposition P65 on heavy metal lead,the countermeasures for Chinese agricultural products and food export enterprises complying with the P65 proposition are put forward.
