摘要
果蔬中富含大量的氨基酸,且部分氨基酸是人类自身无法合成的。测定果蔬中的氨基酸含量,在植物营养分析研究中必不可少。由于测定方式存在差异,可通过比较分析多种常见蔬菜氨基酸含量测定方法,探讨出更符合当前经济生产的营养测定方式,或是改进方案,促进果蔬生产的进一步发展。
Fruits and vegetables are rich in amino acid,but some of them can't be synthesized. Determining fruits and vegetables' amino acid content is essential in plant nutrition analysis. By analyzing and comparing determination ways for amino acid content in several common fruits and vegetables,eventually figured out that there are many new approaches fit to the modern economic production,which promotes the development of production of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
